We deal with several obstetric and surgical emergencies that we are unable to manage due to a lack of suitable equipment. Many pregnant patients that we have cared for and continue to care for throughout their pregnancy express a desire to give birth at the clinic due to the compassion and love shown to them. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a suitable operating room and an appropriately equipped maternity ward, we are forced to refer them to other locations, which causes great confusion for these patients.
