The Douguidi clinic in Niger was opened in November 2024 and has already helped over a thousand people. But the situation is dramatic; more and more refugees are arriving injured and destitute – and are finding help at the clinic, even without money.
But the clinic is overloaded, lacking medication, equipment and its own operating theater.
The VCMN association collects donations for:
- Free treatment for refugees and cancer patients
- Monthly medication costs: CHF 1,500-2,000
- Construction of an operating theater & maternity ward: CHF 282,000
